Final Call: 2 Free Nights & Days Disney World Resort Room & Ticket Deal!

Final Call: 2 Free Nights & Days Disney World Resort Room & Ticket Deal!

Walt Disney World has announced that it’s your last chance to book the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ discount on resorts and tickets for Summer 2026 before the deal glows away. Here are discount dates & details, whether the deal is “worth it” and future discounts that we’re expecting for summer and beyond.

There are currently 19 different special offers available on DisneyWorld.com, a number that’ll soon start shrinking when the ‘last chance’ deals expire. The ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ discount was the marquee deal for the first wave of summer discounts, but soon it’ll be “replaced” by the Second Wave WDW Discounts for Summer 2026 as the primary general public option.

If you’re wondering about discounts beyond summer, the next release typically occurs later in the spring, and that will likely cover dates deeper into the year. We’re also expecting another release of summer discounts including multiple ticket deals, and (hopefully) more aggressive last-minute resort discounts that once again offer ~2019 pricing. Whenever more discounts are released or rumored, we’ll send you an alert ASAP if you sign up for our FREE Walt Disney World newsletter.

Per Walt Disney World, here are the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal details:

This summer, get 2 free nights and theme park days added when you purchase a non-discounted 4-night, 4-day or longer Walt Disney Travel Company room-and-ticket package at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels.

Valid for arrivals most nights from May 26 to September 15, 2026.

To take advantage of this offer, add a minimum 6-night/6-day package to your cart when booking. This package will automatically be priced to include your 2 free nights of Resort hotel accommodations and 2 free theme park days.

For example, the price shown for a 6-night/6-day room-and-ticket package will be the regular price of a 4-night/4-day room-and-ticket package and will include the 2 extra nights and theme park days free.

Note that this can be booked as a Room + Ticket special offer, or as a ticket-only deal. It cannot be booked as a room-only discount. This Offer Ends Soon! Book by February 15, 2026.

PSA: Do the Math!

It’s imperative to do the math on ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal vs. other special offers to see which works best for your family. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Sometimes this will be a great deal. Sometimes it isn’t. It all depends upon your unique circumstances (there are rough rules of thumb, discussed below).

If you want to help determining which discounts are available for your travel dates and which resort will work best for your family, we highly recommend requesting a quote from Be Our Guest Vacationsa no-fee Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. The agents there will do the math for you, booking your vacation with the best-available special offer, and monitoring your package for future discounts that can be applied retroactively.

They’ll assist you with the planning process, help you choose the most economical dates, best add-ons, etc. Notably, they also monitor reservations and can retroactively apply new discounts if a better deal is released to save you more money. This is important, since better deals keep coming out and replacing the old ones!

You can book the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal directly via Walt Disney World’s official site here.

The ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal is stackable with Free Dining Plan for Kids All Year in 2026 at Walt Disney World!

Disney is treating this ‘Kids Eat Free’ deal more like an on-site perk than a special offer (with even DVC Members being eligible), but it’s still somewhat surprising to see that this can be combined not just with a room-only discount, but also a package deal.

It’s nice to see Walt Disney World not playing games with the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ Deal, which is the rare discount that stacks a room deal plus a ticket deal plus a dining deal. Of course, that last one is only going to apply to guests with kids in the right age range. Other ‘losers’ have been created in the process of switching from traditional Free Dining to this ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal, as discussed below…

Innkeepers Club Level Boardwalk Resort Hotel Disney World 513

‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ Winners:

  • All guests staying exactly 6 nights
  • Value Resort guests staying 6-8 nights (and often 9)
  • Moderate Resort guests staying 6-7 nights (and sometimes 8)

‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ Losers:

  • Guests staying fewer than 5 nights
  • Deluxe Resort guests doing 7+ night stays
  • Value and Moderate guests doing 8 or 9+ night stays

The ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ Deal is not a percentage-off discount, but it’s basically 33% off a 6-night hotel stay. It does scale up or down depending on dates and prices. And unlike general public room-only rates, the savings are not tiered, meaning Value Resorts and Deluxe Resorts both max out at 33% off, as opposed to Values and Moderates having lower savings charts. This makes the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal even more attractive for all Value Resorts and Port Orleans French Quarter.

This is only 2 nights free regardless of whether you book 6 nights or 7+ nights. Meaning a 7-night stay is 28.5% off; an 8-night stay is 25% off; 9-nights is 22% off…and so on. That’s all rough math, but it basically makes an easy benchmark for comparing to the room-only discounts.

You might wonder why Walt Disney World is offering the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal during the heart of the summer season. The answer is hotel occupancy projections. Discounts are always a matter of incentivizing forward bookings and Disney wanting to fill rooms that it is forecasting to otherwise go unsold.

Summer ceased being peak season a long time ago, which is something we documented at length in Why Summer is the New Low Crowds Season at Disney World. This trend has only worsened in the last ~3 years.

Last summer, Walt Disney World released unprecedented discounts that essentially rolled back the clock to 2019 pricing. Quite literally. Those were the best discounts we had seen in years.

Last summer’s deals were also released relatively last minute, presumably because bookings were below projections and caught the company flat-footed. Summer still ended up being relatively slow, suggesting that even though Walt Disney World managed to increase occupancy numbers for the fiscal year as a whole, the summer had excess bandwidth.

In our view, that is most likely the driver behind this ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal. It’s not a harbinger of a coming recession, but Walt Disney World being cognizant of the ‘new normal’ for visitation trends, and wanting to proactively attract more summer travelers.

During the last earnings call, Disney’s CFO suggested that forward bookings were outpacing last year for the second half of the fiscal year, which would include summer. We nevertheless anticipate there being even more summer discounts on the horizon. Potentially not as aggressive on the hotel side, but more ticket deals are a near certainty.

For reference, Walt Disney World offered the following discounts last summer:

  • 50% Off on Kids Tickets: You can purchase a 3-day or longer kids (ages 3-9) standard ticket for 50% off. This deal is available for visits beginning May 27 through September 20th.
  • 3-Day, 3-Park Ticket: Get a 3-day, 3-park ticket starting at $89 per day ($267 total, plus tax) for visits starting on April 6 through September 22nd. This ticket is for admission to EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom (one theme park per day, not valid for admission to Magic Kingdom).
  • Disney+ Resort Room Deals: Disney+ subscribers could save on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels – starting from $99 per night at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort – when staying two nights or longer most nights from June 29 to July 31st.

Blueys Best Day Ever Disney Parks Disneyland Fantasyland Theatre California 2

Those ticket deals were generally better than ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ offer, and that’s even when adding a day at Magic Kingdom. The problem is that those discounts have yet to be released for Summer 2026, and we don’t know if they’re coming at all. We view the ticket deals as highly likely to return, but there’s far less certainty about the Disney+ room discount.

For reference, all of the above special offers were released later last year (between March 26th and April 10th) and they will likely be on the same timeline (roughly) again this year. Meaning they’ll be released after the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ offer expires.

Our recommendation is booking the ‘Buy 4, Get 2 Free’ deal or a room-only discount right now. You can always cancel or apply a different discount later if one comes along (this is part of why we strongly recommend using a travel agent–they do all of this for you). You cannot go back and book this special offer once it expires. And while we expect more last-minute summer savings, there are no sure things.

Ultimately, it’s almost certain that we haven’t seen the end of Walt Disney World’s Summer 2026 discounting. Beyond the standard schedule of special offer releases, we anticipate Disney pulling “levers” to incentivize more demand, guest spending, and lure back locals and former fans.

If bookings remain soft for the rest of the year, it’ll be interesting to see what type of more unique promotions are released for the second half of 2026. With Tropical Americas not opening until Late 2027 and Animal Kingdom a construction zone, and only reimagined rides opening this year, it’s likely WDW is going to have to do more to generate guest interest and bookings in the next year-plus.

It sure feels like things are trending in the right direction for even more aggressive offers, which bodes well for deal-hunters. We will be closely monitoring what’s released and will notify subscribers of our free email newsletter when any Walt Disney World discounts are released or rumored. Stay tuned!
