Life Lately Edition #38 July 2025 | Best before End Date Blog

I’m later than intended with July’s Life Lately but this summer is proving to be full on for me with so much intention. So many things are coming together for me but they are not happening by chance. I’m trusting in the process of the work that I’ve been doing on myself this year. I’ve got to tell you that the intentions and manifesting are getting stronger and stronger.

The pull is real!

I’ve been working on all my old limiting beliefs using EFT and it continues to blow my mind.

I love a good pivot and this one feels really powerful.

My time as an EFT student is really taking shape.

I only have 10 hours left of the 50 client sessions I am required to complete. I’m proud of myself for really putting in the work. I still have 4 case studies to write up, an exam to sit and then a further practice day where I will be assessed. That takes me up to November when I should be qualified, fingers crossed.

I will also be qualified in something else before that .. more on that soon.

I shared some client feedback in June’s Life Lately and here’s another wonderful testimonial I’ve received recently from a client:

Working with Sharon through her EFT tapping sessions has been a pivotal part of my professional growth. In a fast-paced work environment, it’s easy to overlook how much internal stress, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome can quietly affect performance and leadership presence. Sharon’s sessions provided a powerful, practical way to address those challenges.

Sharon has a remarkable ability to listen with precision, ask the right questions, and guide the tapping process in a way that leads to genuine breakthroughs. I noticed improvements not just in my confidence and clarity, but also my understanding of situations and my ability to shift negative thinking to positive.

Her calm, professional demeanor made every session feel grounded, focused, and results-oriented. I now hope to use the tapping techniques Sharon taught me as part of my regular routine to stay centered and aligned in my work.

This sort of feedback is really grounding me in believing that becoming an EFT practitioner was absolutely the right move for me.

I’ve also been prepping for delivering some Digital Carbon Literacy training in early Autumn after winning some work with an iconic, world famous, global brand. I can’t say anymore as I’ve signed an NDA but just know it is MEGA!!!

Digital sustainability is something I’m really passionate about and to be getting this out there makes me very happy that there are big organisations and massive global brands that do really care about the environment and want to make a real difference.

Every July kicks off with our youngest son’s birthday on the 1st. He was 28. Don’t ask me how I have a son that is 28 and one that is 31. How those years fly by.

For birthdays we try to have a family dinner together either at home or a favourite restaurant. Birthdays in our house always have to include a Colin the Caterpillar cake and I get told off it’s not an original M&S one 😆

Here’s the birthday boy with Barney Boo, Mr B and the two grandmas .. oh and said Colin 💗

The following week came around quick and before I knew it I was heading to Leeds for an overnight stay at my eldest son’s ready for us to jet off to Majorca for our annual trip away on July 10th. Catch up on last year’s trip here.

We stayed in Puerto Pollensa again just like last year but this time a different hotel. The MarSenses Hotel & Spa and again we chose adults only. Gorgeous hotel and perfectly situated with a 2 minute walk to the sea front and famous Pine Walk and all the gorgeous restaurants. We couldn’t find fault with the hotel. Food was great- we were half board. Staff couldn’t do enough for any queries we had and it was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Junior Suite. We slept like logs every night on very comfortable beds with super clean bedding.

We even had the local goat herd come visit .. they seemed to love the vegetation on tap in the hotel’s front garden.
